XLPE + Air Bubble Hybrid Insulation is an advanced multi-layer insulation solution that combines the high thermal resistance and durability of XLPE closed-cell foam with the reflective and radiant heat–blocking properties of air bubble insulation. This hybrid structure delivers superior protection against conductive, convective, and radiant heat transfer. Designed for roofs, walls, HVAC ducts, industrial sheds, poultry & dairy farms, and cold-chain applications, the XLPE + Bubble Hybrid Insulation offers excellent temperature control, moisture resistance, condensation prevention, and long service life. Its lightweight yet robust construction ensures easy installation, enhanced energy savings, and reliable performance in demanding commercial, industrial, and agricultural environments. Hybrid Insulation is commonly referred to as a sandwich product due to its dual insulation properties of XLPE foam and air bubbles. It is constructed by sandwiching XLPE foam, with a thickness of 3 mm to 6 mm, between 4 mm bubble sheets on one or both sides. The hybrid product features pure aluminum foil on both sides and is custom-made to meet specific customer requirements.
